Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a ten-digit alphanumeric number, issued in the form of a laminated card, by the Income Tax Department and PAN Card is the laminated plastic card consisting of ten digit numbers which is allocated to PAN Card applicant. For Getting Pan(New or Old) the Following Documents are Required.

Filled Application for Pan card.
Identification Proof: Driving License/ voter card/ration Card/passport/bank account passbook.
Address Proof: Driving License/ voter card/ration Card/passport/bank account passbook/ Telephone Bill.
If Pan card Is lost:
Pan Number along with above documents to be Submitted.
If Formation of business Concern is in Proprietorship:
No need of Pan card as there are no partners in this form of Concern.
If Formation Of business Concern in Partnership Firm :
Partnership Deed.
Registration Certificate of Partnership Firm.
Rubber Stamp Of the Company.
Stamp Required (example):
M/s annapurna Traders Pan Number along with above documents to be Submitted.
May ask More information as per Requirement document or information is to be submitted

If Formation of business Concern is in Private Limited:

Incorporation Cetificate Of Company.
Moa,
